When a sale is completed on your site, license-related details regarding that order are sent to MixCheck. A printable license with Program/Team/Coach/Division details from the order and is then generated in PDF format. This file can then be automatically emailed to your customer, just you, or both.

The Woocommerce version currently also creates a user dashboard endpoint called “Licenses” where all customer licenses are listed with download buttons for each.

SECURITY & LICENSE EXPIRATION
Licenses are typically issued with the understanding of a 1 year usage by the customer. However, until now it was relatively easy to reuse a mix at competitions well beyond it’s expiration date. MixCheck solves this by providing dated QR codes on the licenses generated. Event producers then utilize the free iOS/Android app to quickly scan the licenses when teams are registered at competitions. The app quickly returns a value of “Valid” or “Invalid” based on the current date.

Producers can opt for a more customized version of their particular license template; adding logos, watermarks, & more. Design of customized licenses is done by MixCheck.
